The technology is amazing, getting better and faster. Also, everything is geared more toward color and less of black and white. We have to turn over our equipment every four to five years because of the advancements that are made. ![]() Q: How has the industry changed since you started?Ī: The quality of equipment for one - everything has gone digital - even the large printers. Customers really like that additional edge. Q: What other compliments do customers give you?Ī: Our pricing is very competitive. ![]() That’s one thing our customers love about our business. We consider ourselves a commercial printer, but also will accept projects from individual walk-ins.Ī: Our goal is 24 hours, even for oversized projects. We also work with churches, organizations, but also a few larger car dealers. Maupin spoke with The Des Moines Register about his business.Ī: We are primarily business-to-business with an emphasis on small businesses.
